Namaste my friends,
It’s been a while since I’ve connected with you here. I’ve taken a little break from blogging and have been feeling called to get back in the game. During this break, I had the opportunity to work on some passion projects. I have discovered that intention setting is extremely powerful. Sometimes what seems like an unattainable goal, can become attainable through small intentions set every day. And of course with the consistent actions to back them up.
One of these projects was the creation of this new website. Initially it felt like so much work to get it together. The research, the photos, the vision, but over time and thanks to my talented, amazing, creative friends – Adam & Maria (the power couple) at Chase Theory, it has come to be what it is. I love the look of it, and as to be expected, there are still little fixes here and there but I hope you like it!
Over the past months, I have been blessed with amazing opportunities to teach yoga and guide meditation in the magical paradise of Thailand at the Blooming Lotus. I’ve also taught again in the United States. I’m super excited to share more with you on those experiences and amazing photos in the upcoming posts. There’s so much to share that I almost don’t know where to begin. When my mind starts going in that direction, I start to think of one of my favourite Bob Marley quotes:
If you don’t start somewhere, you’re gonna go nowhere.
So let’s all start somewhere, shall we?
I’ve been back now for about 3 weeks and I’m so happy to be home in Vancouver. I’m halfway through a 30 day Sadhaka program at the Dharma Yoga centre. It’s been so great to delve into deep study with my teacher Reno Muenz.
I have also started teaching local again at the following locations:
I’m also subbing all over town, so if you ever need a Phyllis fix, you can check my Facebook yoga page where I post my classes everyday.
Looking forward to connecting with you more regularly in the blogosphere!
Until then Love & Blessings,
